After over a decade of working in professional kitchens, Joseph decided to step away from his career as a chef and pursue a long-standing interest in photography. He is now beginning his formal education in photography in New York City, bringing with him the discipline, attention to detail, and curiosity that shaped his years in the kitchen. Photography has always felt like a natural extension of the way he sees the world. Attentive to subtle details, visual relationships, and things that are easily overlooked. His work is still evolving, but is constantly drawn to images that explore place, objects, and the stories they carry.
